Good selection and staff is friendly - but not helpful. 2 consecutive days I began loading pavers onto a cart - 80 1st day and 60 2nd day - when I started there were outside workers present but as I started doing heavy lifting they all disappeared, David Copperfield couldn't make people disappear faster. No one helped day one. The checkout person on 2nd day called for assistance to meet me in the parking lot, and after me loading 60 pavers onto my truck, no one showed. This was early morning, so there were not a lot of customers. May not be Lowe's fault as today's workforce is either minimal or some do the least amount of work possible.

The appliance delivery guys could not speak English and did not I’m package the two appliances that I had delivered when I pacifically asked him to take the cardboard with him they could not understand me

Nice selection but they need to train staff to be more attentive. Several employees walked past us without any aknowledgement we were there, felt like a ghost.

Don't buy counter tops from here. Ever! We bought this house in 2022 and our counters are awful. We made several calls, sent emails, and it's and endless amount of phone numbers to subcontractors who never call you back. My counters are ruined. Have been since day one of install and over a year later it still remains. 5k for a bad kitchen is all we got.
