Not a great selection of stuff. The AI self checkout is a nightmare to use as it flags up everything as “stealing” and alerts an employee. I couldn’t scan more than 2 items consecutively without the machine locking me out and an employee has to come over and watch a replay like it’s a football match. This wasn’t just happening for me but for all the other self checkouts. There was only one employee in the whole checkout area and none of the regular lanes were open. Hire more staff instead of using janky robots and half baked AI

Tags are frequently not correct, and the checkout process is pure hell. The self checkouts with belts are a complete bottle neck. Please just give us three self checkouts back.

Recently had knee surgery and need an electric cart. Arrived at 7:45 in the morning. None of the electric carts were charged. Giant Eagle just got my business.

Did not enjoy having to use self checkout at 6:30 in the morning because there were no cashiers . Absolutely ridiculous. Im not an employee .

This is a very nice Kroger. It has a Starbucks, wine area, and a bulk food area. It had a make your own 6 pack section.Beer selection is respectable as is the cheese area.

Had to abandon my basket and leave. 3 of the 9 self serve kiosks were open, and about 10 folks were in line already. Can't shop at lunchtime, so I've got better places near home.

Love the hourly employees at this store but the management obviously doesn't care about customer service. In particular Chad and Justin who looks like he is either pissed off or has gas. Very unfriendly and unresponsive to customer needs. Kroger management please don't waste your time with an apology when this failure of customer service clearly is your way of doing business. No bueno.
