Been waiting 3 months on money return for subsidy

Terrible quality first pair had bad eylets and broke laces sent back and rocky sent another pair .that pair leaked from day one but rocky wouldn't replace them .were told that only 1 warrantee could be claimed .now a year later the soles are falling off and leather is coming apart at sole .called rocky and they won't do anything .worst boots ever owned and worse warrantee service ..buyer beware .I feel they sent us a pair someone else had already returned because of leakage knowing they wouldn't warrantee them for usowner said they would make it right for me so I contacted them back and asked them to call me and gave phone number but they never called .

My wife and I were in the store and a lady followed us everywhere we went. We noticed and started moving around to see what she would do. Upstairs, downstairs, whatever she was 10 feet behind us. We saw things we liked, but were insulted by being watched so closely. We just left. We should have asked for management but if she’s part of security she’s not doing a very good job!!

I do not believe this to be a reputable company. I ordered a pair of boots via their website which did not fit. I returned the boots via Fedex as instructed on their website. Fedex tracking shows the boots were returned to their facility delivered at 4:56pm on 1/13/2023. To date (1/31/2023) I have not received a credit to my card for the return despite multiple phone calls to customer service. After multiple attempts, on 1/27/2023 I was able to speak with a manager by the name of Javier Barragan who assured me he would research the return and contact me with an update which he has yet to do. At best, this is very poor customer service but at this point I suspect this to be fradulent business practice.

3 story shopping in an beautifully built historic type building. Food served in restaurant area middle store first floor. Not just boots, clothing, firearms, knives and fishing equipment.

Always enjoy my visits at Rocky Boots. They need to bring back more items for the ladies.But the store overall is great. And I always stop to eat the great BBQ. One of the best in the state. Yum

Great place to shop for any type of boot. Great place to shop for outdoor gear for camping, hunting, grilling etc. Starbrick Bbq is there great menu,food and has great service. With beer and wine.

Great selection of boots/shoes and outdoor gear. Best deals are on 2nd and 3rd floor, but limited selection and sizes. If you need footwear they have you covered

Although they offer a 1-year warranty on the boots. The warranty process has been impossible to activate. The problem with my boots were simple, the hooks for the laces broke on the boots meaning they can't be tied.And I have so far been given three phone numbers to call for customer service that no one answers. I have gone into the store to try to find someone to talk to about the warranty or warranty process and was told there was nothing that can be done at the store. That there was no customer service to talk to at the store. And was hustled out of the store without being allowed to speak to a manager. That a phone number would have to be called and that's all that could be done.You might as well save your sanity and just buy boots at Walmart. Although they will wear out twice as fast. But two pairs of boots from Walmart will still cost less than one pair of boots from Rocky Boots, And without a warranty there is no advantage to the rocky boots. Not to mention you will get a clean pair of boots twice as often.Please don't mistake me, the boots are not bad boots. The complaint is over the warranty, the customer service, and the general unhelpfulness of the people in the store, and dealing with the process.

After notifying Rock Boots of the issue with the boot sole coming completely off, This company stepped up big and replaced the boots. I was initially very displeased with the service, but have been completely surprised at the action by Rocky to resolve this product issue. I now change my review on Rocky to an exceptional company that cares about meeting the expectations of their customers.Thanks, your action to resolve this amazed me.
