Called Rick for new tires and told him that I was getting ready to leave town and need them immediately. I know I was asking alot, but he got me in the next day!!! Thanks Rick!!!

The dreaded service engine soon indicator light turned on. I called Rick's Tire & Auto asking for help as I know nothing about this light and Google stated it could be something minor or something major. The mechanic said come on in, no appointment necessary. He diagnosed the problem quickly (a previous minor issue that resolved itself), provided a car care tip, and sent me on my way with no charge. I greatly appreciate the mechanic's knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency. I will use Rick's Tire & Auto for future car issues.

While traveling I got a flat tire. I found Rick's on Google and they were happy to help. They took care of the tire quickly and were very helpful and friendly

We were planning on vacationing in the area but had a nail puncture a tire on the way down (luckily we had a spare, but it was a spare and we were already several hours from home). We stopped at 5 tire places around the area where we had the flat but everyone was days out and no one could help or even sell us a tire. We called Ricks around 4:30 and told him the story but were still a couple hours from him. He said bring it in by 9 the next day. We arrived a little after 9 and by 10 we were back on the road with new tires aligned and balanced, plus better prices than we would have gotten at home. I would recommend Ricks to anyone, fantastic experience!

I bought new tires and had them installed. After calling ahead of time, the whole process took two hours even though the shop was very busy. Rick and his team are wonderful, i would trust them with any vehicle issues.

If you want an honest mechanic look no further. It can be hard to trust people that are working on your car and they always want to upsell you. Take your vehicle here if you want an honest opinion on issues with your car.

Couldn't tell me if they could repair my vehicle and wanted to see it even with it needing to be towed there. If they can't fix it then it's just another bill for the local towing company. Couldn't tell me anything despite describing the problem in FULL detail In what it may be. Seems like this is more of a tire place than auto repair.
