I highly recommend this gym for anyone who is serious about fitness! The atmosphere is motivating yet welcoming. Very clean and staff is friendly!

I spotted this place once and it was amazing. Only thing is there aren’t many parking spots. Everything you need to workout is there and mostly important is clean. Also they’ve got the Body Scale where you can see all of your progress and more.
Highly recommended!

I recommend you find another gym. Find one that is staffed, and responds to complaints and honors cancellations.This particular location tried to continue to charge me during the pandemic while they were shut down. Three years later, I am being sent a bill for the time they were closed. No one will respond to calls or messages. A complaint has now been filed with the Attorney General's office.There are two other great gyms in town. Go to one of those.

They wouldn't let me freeze my account or cancel early even though I moved away. Now the contract has been over since March and I can't get ahold of them to actually cancel my membership and it is still charging me. The contract auto-renewed, and I have not used this membership in over a year.

Placed my account on a military freeze when I deployed with the army, months into my deployment received a notice threatening to send me to collections and new manager had no record of my military freeze. Agreed to pay $266 worth of late fees to be given a free membership to reimburse me. Returned home from deployment and restarted my membership. Within a month I received a late payment notice, when I let the manager know he said “You can disregard an emails about late payments, we will get it sorted out for you”. I did just that and they sent me to collections. Had to get in touch with an attorney because they aren’t doing anything about it.

I'm a member only because I'm a silver sneaker member and my membership is paid through the silver sneaker program. I mainly go to take advantage of the tanning beds that are available. The problem is that the manager is the only one that can turn on the tanning beds. There was one week that the manager was sick and I could not use the beds. I have been a restaurant general manager, and I have trained my staff to take care of things when I am not there. Why can't another staff member be trained? And now the manager in charge, as I found out a couple of days ago, no longer works there. So now all tanning beds cannot be used until further notice! I do like being able to go to this facility at any time, and that is the only good point.

Stopped in while visiting family. Didn’t want to take a whole week of my training. I was pleasantly surprised with the gym. Free weights were in good condition and multiple squat racks. My training doesn’t involve a lot of machines but it seemed they had everything you could want. In addition the staff was very nice and accommodating.

Staff and members are nice people. It’s just I’ve been trying to cancel my training membership and have been unable to do so even though I’ve relocated 250 miles away. So I’m paying large amounts of cash every month for absolutely nothing. Staff tells me to contact customer service, but no response comes back. I’m stuck and I have no choice to write a review and push things further.
