I bought a car from here about a year ago. Have had nothing but problems with it since I bought it. Found out they over charged me for it, also. They sold it to me with a piece missing under the hood, so now I have to deal with my car dying a lot (even while it’s in drive) because you can’t just replace the part. It’s discontinued. And warranty didn’t cover. I also just spent $1200 on it finding out it’s only worth $2500 all together. I still owe way over $13k for it and I’ve been paying $500/mo for a year now. Do not buy from here they will over charge you and not help you fix anything because the warranty doesn’t cover much!!

They were great! The first car I got had issues, they fixed it with a better vehicle immediately. It was like a family setting with lots of laughs. I am a happy customer and will definitely send out referrals and will go back for my next vehicle. Thanks guys! You are awesome!!!!!

Buyer beware!On Tuesday February 20,2023, I purchased a 2015 Acadia from Superior Auto. It was perfect for me as a single mom of 5 kids as it was a low down payment and everything I wanted in a vehicle. So I purchased it. I had it not even 36 hours and the check engine light came on, the remote start stopped working, the heated seats stopped working and it started shifting really hard. I called them to let them know I would be returning the vehicle back to them and they said “why don’t you just do the $150 warranty deductible and we will see if these issues are covered under warranty and if they’re not, you can just pay it out of pocket.” Luckily they have a 3 day return policy. So I dropped it off to them and went to an actual dealership. I just wanted to give everyone a heads up about this vehicle as I know they’ll just erase the code and resell it. Here is a picture of the lemon!

If I could leave a higher review I 100% would. Theresa and her team are absolutely wonderful, we visited them this morning, very stressed about getting my husband into a new vehicle after his was totaled due to hitting a deer. She was not only able to get us into a vehicle same day, but made the process incredibly simple, she explained everything in an easy to understand way and provided wonderful conversation during the entire process. I would absolutely recommend anyone to visit them when in need of a vehicle! 10/10 would visit again! Thank you for the wonderful service and conversation!!

This is my first time dealing with a buy here pay here and Superior Auto. This one in Mount Vernon.oh was great Theresa was great walked me through the process and really helped us out. She was very patient with my not so patient husband.lol. Everyone there was great. Customer service was excellent and overall experience was at its best. If you need a car and your credit is not great they can help you and let’s just say my credit is barely 500. And with 199$ down it really took some of the stress off of not worrying with a large amount to be put down. Check ‘em out..
