Tried to interact with these folks, twice on an emergency basis to get service and these people are fairly rude in blowing new customers off. The one time/last time, my senior diabetic cat was experiencing uti symptoms which can be fatal and after telling me off, the girl I spoke to on the phone last words to me were "good luck" in a condensending and rude way before hanging up. Just couldn't hang up with me fast enough, no care about my cat's health. I personally wouldn't even bother trying if you care about your pet with this office, especially if you're a new customer with an emergency. Called a different vet here in Solon with the uti issue and was immediately made a same day appointment and he was given the care needed and has since fully recovered.

Service is excellent. Doctors are very knowledgeable in care for your animals. However, the prices are very very expensive.

Absolutely horrible experience. The vet tech was so rude - I heard her making fun of me to the other staff because I brought my dog in even though she’s afraid of men. First of all what kind of vet tech makes fun of someone for trying to get help for their pet....Am I supposed to call around the city for a female vet only?? Is the male vet not able to evaluate her? After 5 minutes of dealing with the tech I left the building. I refuse to give people like that my business. She should be fired and I’m confident I did my dog a favor.

Dr Thompson is fantastic! We have a very difficult dog that gets stressed out with anyone who is not her immediate family. The staff at Woodland vet is patient and caring for our dog, despite her attitude. They’re very accommodating and thorough with all the procedures she’s had to have and the staff takes the time to walk us through the medical and financial portion of each visit. We recommend visiting this office!

Love this vet clinic! Dr Thompson did my dogs nasal surgery and did a perfect job , and then today took my dog last minute to drain her hematoma. she took amazing care of my pups and the staff is so friendly and helpful! Thank you all again!

Cannot say enough great things about this group. They have been with us through 4 puppies and the loss of a senior dog. Very caring of pets and people. Excellent care and supportive of feeding and medicine choices.

Best vet around. Dr Rita Pencis couldn’t be more knowledgeable and nice along with the techs in the building. Everybody is friendly and willing to help we’re new to Woodland Vet but I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Strongly recommend them.
