We just got our new 2023 Tesla model Y and brought it in for some gap issues. Tim was very nice to work with, very knowledgable and understanding of what we listed. He was aware that it would take a couple of hours to get them resolved and provided a loaner car(model S). Came back when informed that the gaps were fixed and he showed us the corrections. Very happy with the results. Thank you

Super friendly technicians and staff. They were very helpful and got me in and out quickly, solving my issue. Huge waiting area with a small conference area, computer, wifi, and a nice restroom. It's great to have a service center here in Dayton.

Knowledgeable, courteous and friendly manager and staff. I didn't have an appointment, but they squeezed me in and fixed the problem I was having in about 15 minutes. I'm certainly glad that Dayton now has a Tesla Service Center so that I don't have to drive to Cincinnati anymore.

The staff at the Moraine location in Dayton are very friendly and responsive. The shop is immense and very clean with a large waiting area. This is a much preferred location since the Blue Ash SC is extremely busy.Service: Auto body & trim replacement

Location opened this week and they ordered the part and fixed my car same day, which is supposed to take place but never happened at the other locations. Will is very professional and extremely helpful. Dayton needs a show room to go with this location.
