I am a 30 yrs experienced auto tech I would give a zero star review if possible I order a part from this place and they sent the wrong one and then handle it very unprofessional I tried to handle this is calm and professional as possible and was told to shut up that I'm not to talk until after they got done there customer service is horrible they made a mistake and by taking care of it they want to point the finger every direction they can except for there way they want to bad mouth people and tell you that your an idiot these guys just lost àlot of business doing this I work for a very high volume shop that would have done àlot of business if they would of handled this properly!! I would highly recommend not to purchase anything from these guys they are not professional at all in anyway...

Wish it was possible to leave zero stars but unfortunately, it is not. This is by FAR the DIRTIEST and most unorganized & unprofessional junkyard I've ever witnessed.
We've had issue after issue with this joke of a company. They sent us the wrong year part and have been dodging our calls for weeks after being told 2+ weeks ago that they would send someone to pick up the wrong part they gave us. Now, today we were told they ordered another part that we did not request and if we returned our old one, we would not be refunded fully due to a 45% restock fee & they weren't coming to get it. Yet, 2 weeks ago, they were sending someone to retrieve the part and would be bringing a check with them. 2 weeks later of all calls dodged & finally getting ahold of them, they switch up everything possible on us. Save your time, energy & money as I suggest going literallly ANYWHERE ELSE other than here. This place is a reaaaaal circus ran by clowns.

Worst customer service imaginable! Their pricing for used parts are ridiculous compared to competitors. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, you will regret your decision coming here!

I came in for a sun visor. They were amazingly quick! Even installed it on the spot for me. Would highly recommend. Super friendly staff and VERY knowledgeable as well. Will be coming back for all my future car parts

This place is a joke. They take advantage of people who don’t know what they are talking about. I just bought a car from them. Not only are they unorganized and unprofessional but he did not tell me that the title was rebuilt when I bought the car, on top of that I specifically asked one of the guys if the noise I heard was the motor, he looked me in my face and said no.. funny cuz guess what the noise is…..THE PISTONS SLAPPING which is def the motor. Thank you for selling me a POS for twice what is is even close to being worth

If I could have gave zero stars I definitely would have this place is ripping people off like crazy they won’t let you try the parts or see them work but make you pay for it on their word then you get the parts home and they are broke but no return policy how can they deny a refund when they are the ones saying they tested the parts and they was good well it’s because that’s how they are making money they know their parts are actually junk but still make money cause they don’t return money for their. Broken parts this is illegal and they really should be stopped or just stay away from this place read all the reviews it’s not just a Karen trying to cause trouble you have been warned

Would give 0 starts if possible bought a engine from them that they said tested good had it installed and the motor was no good from the beginning they said it was the mechanic i took it to was at fault and they wanted to sell me another engine and have there half a$$ mechanic install it no thanks now im out thousands cause of these crooks

This place is a joke!!!! I went into purchase A valve cover wanted to look at it before I bought it to make sure that it was in decent condition. The guy rudely told me no that I had to buy it before they would pull it off. I bought the part and wouldn’t you know it was damaged, not able to return it because they have a no return policy, how can you be locked into purchasing something without seeing the product first I also had to take my old valve cover to them before they would give me the part. I feel like this is illegal.

Disappointed to have been treated horribly. Advertised that they had a 52k mile transmission. Purchased it. They gave me one with 150k and was broken. Business put up fight to reimburse. Title13 Section 1345.02 of the Ohio revised code forbids this.

Had the best service ever from the owners son. Our seat belt was stuck in the retracted position and we had tried everything. My husband was about to just cut the belt until we stopped here and he came to the rescue.
