Very upset about this. Please check your receipts they not tell you that your being charged twice for a purchase. I bought a purse and got 60%off but when I used my card to pay for it yess something went wrong with there computer ??♀️. But it told me where you swipe your card it told me approved. But know the store manager told me that it didn’t go through I won’t be double charged. Here I am.. almost 5 days later and guess what I was double charged. But this is definitely a lesson learned if you don’t check your transactions after making a purchase you will not know that you’ve been charged twice for an item that you already paid for once. Please check your receipts and accounts when you’re purchasing from this location. From my understanding they are made aware of this and has no posting of it our have not informed any customers. I won’t do business here again.

Called in about a sweater and talked to Megan ahead of time assured me that they had it and would put it behind counter. Seen that they closed at 9pm on google and arrived at 7:00 pm just to be told that they were closed. Pleaded and begged so I could have for funeral the next day and she turned me away. Told her what google said and she told me she has no control over that. I got Ubered up here for nothing!!! Wasted $80 in total just a ride. ? Thanks Tommy Hilfiger for making me feel so valued.

I frequent this TH store several times a year, and I can say their prices are still as high as any big name anchor store. It's always clean. The staff do just that... staff. Nothing more, nothing less. They stay moving the store around, so I stay looking for what I need because it's never where I left it lol. I mean it's an okay store that's why I go back.

Horrible customer service. Drove 120 miles to the store and was told that I couldn’t purchase jeans in there back stock because they just did inventory. They told me to drive back the next day after 2pm and they would sell me the jeans. What retail company does inventory on Saturday the busiest shopping day of the week. This is a Tommy Hilfiger Store not Walmart. I will forward this experience to there corporate office.

Terrible customer service’s employees sitting around on merchandise they do t great you when you walk In. I came In to purchase an ladies sweatsuit, quickly changed my mind, I rather provides service elsewhere. Will never return back there again. Please don’t waste you’re money on this in professional disorganized place. You don’t know who’s coming to shop or how much I was planning on spending.
