We love our new garage in Evendale, OH.! The guys from Tailored Living, located in Monroe, OH, were a pleasure to work with. A family owned company, Denny, Steven and Kevin provided straight forward advice and reliable service. Very trustworthy and dependable. We interviewed 2 other companies before selecting Tailored Living and we are glad we did!

We are exceptionally pleased with the work completed by Denny Rupp and Kevin Melton of Tailored Living. We had 3 proposals on our masterbedroom walk-in closet and Denny was able to offer more storage ideas than anyone else, with very competitive pricing. This is a Class-A company for great products, personal attention and service!

Initially, we contacted Denny at Tailored Living to learn more information regarding installation of a PremierOne garage floor after receiving an estimate from another company (More info on this later). Denny came to our home, detailed the process for us, and gave us an immediate, reasonable estimate. The sales process was informative, low stress, low pressure and we felt confident that Denny and Kevin would do an excellent job for us. We were not disappointed! Our new floor has been installed and the quality is impressive. Denny and Kevin were conscientious about their work, cleanup, and overall quality of their installation. And...they were so nice and courteous!!!Note: Our first estimate was from a competitor who claimed he had no competition. The company required that both my husband and myself be present. Once he arrived at our home, he measured, then he asked to come inside to "talk" for a while to explain the process for their flooring system. The sales pitch was high pressure. For example, we were given an outlandish estimate that would be available for 1 year, BUT if we signed that day with a deposit, the cost would only be 1/2 of that amount, but only for that day. When we asked for some time to decide, the pressure was turned up even higher and we were told that the lower price he quoted was only good during his visit. We decided then and there that this was not the company for us. Luckily, our son-in-law had heard of Tailored Living thru his line of work. We were happy to know that there was another company who could give us the product we needed without a high pressure sale!!!!

This company is the best, we also had other companies quote us. It took the other companies 2 weeks to get back to me with no follow up. Kevin had our quote the same day with a follow up the same day. We are so impressed by there work ethic and just being good people. Want a Garage or house done, this is the company you want. Love the garage floor! It cleans up so easily and makes a grand statement to everyone who sees it.Denny and Kevin were extremely professional and easy to work with. Best of all, they showed up on time on the date promised - that is difficult to find in today's world of contractors! I would highly recommend Tailored Living/Premier Garage. They will soon be coming back to update my Master bedroom closet and mudroom!

Our garage floor and cabinetry is beautiful and eye catching. We started a trend in the neighborhood. Everyone wanted a Tailored Living floor after they saw it. We liked the craftsmanship and the product so well we had them do our laundry room, master closet and playroom as well! Highly recommend.

We had a great experience working with Denny and Kevin, From the beginning they walked us through each option and took a lot of time explaining the pros and cons of each. Their communication was fantastic. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. The finished product(s) has changed our home and have been everything we were told they would be. We would highly recommend Denny and Kevin!

I have known and worked with Denny Rupp for over 12 years. Every job he has done for me has been done with care and detail. Denny is thorough from the day he shows up to go over the project through completion of the project. I would not recommend anyone else to install his products. Overall excellent service! Thumbs Up!
