The customer service was terrible, with young staff lacking professionalism. Additionally, they claimed that the dressing rooms were closed due to a shortage of staff. I suppose having three employees idly standing around the counter was deemed sufficient.

Clearance was buy one get THREE free. We got so much stuff for not very much money at all! It was the best deal of the entire outlet!

Customer service is non existent. These kids have not moved in 5 minutes and did not ask anyone if they needed assistance.

brought back a 45$ kappa tshirt without the receipt that i bought 2 days ago, they told me they couldn’t exchange it after i had looked at the policy stating they could they just needed id.

Terrible customer service. The two associates stood behind the register the whole time we were in the store. The one sat on the counter and who proceeded to take photos of my daughter with her cell phone! Terrible!
