Made same mistake like all other of their customers. Totally unprofessional and always short on things. Delivery driver are rude and most important they never told me its going to be a 3 year agreement (just found out after i talked to them about cancelation). Dont waste your time and money.

Boy I should had read all of the reviews before I went with this company. Major mistake. I was also scammed into a long contract that I was told was only a 2 year contract that was scratched out by my rep. Funny thing is they charge 28.00 for shop towels and 18.00 for replacement. This amount stays the same every week for years .They say they drop off 300 shop towels that's 3 bundles at 100 per bundle. We've counted your bundles. at times there are 80 and sometimes 90 but rarely ever 100. lolWho is counting the towels ?you charge me the same 18.00 for replacement every week . How is that ever possible ?Now comes the real reason for this bad review , I haven't had service for 2 weeks and I would like to know why I'm being lied to saying they will be here today and never show .This is Very poor customer service.The owner needs to take a very serious look at your management.want my customer number ? I'm not shy 4138 Rt No 430This is on going poor customer service for the last 3 years or more .

Place is a joke. We have had problems with them since the beginning. After we signed the contact the sales lady and her boss started cursing each other and almost got in a fight in out office. Tried to cancel contract then and since the company is owned by lawyers we were unable to get out of our contract. Fast forward to today and we are still having problems. Can't wait until this contract is over!!! Uniforms not clean upon arrival and orders are always messed up. New drivers every couple weeks and very unprofessional.

ONE STAR MIGHT EVEN BE TO HIGH. I am really surprised that they are even still in business, worst customer service follow threw. Always short uniforms then we would get charged to replace them, when we didn't lose them they did. Was told by drivers, supervisors and area managers that they would fix our bill , but instead they started charging a $5.00 service charge to pay for their mess up . I told them we was going to find someone else because of the horrible service, they asked to give them 60 days to fix problem and if it couldn't be fixed we could walk away and owe nothing. the next 60 days only got worse so we canceled our service and area manager apologized and said that he would wipe our bill away. We are going on 11 months and i keep getting bills that keep getting bigger , I have talked to 4 people that have said that they would get everything taken care of. we got another bill today so I called and was told that it did not work that way and no one could fix my bill and that next week i would be getting a certified letter from their legal department. SO PLEASE AND I MEAN PLEASE STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM DOMESTIC UNIFORM AS POSSIBLE

We've been with Domestic linen for over 10 years. We should've changed suppliers years ago but didn't as the reviews for other companies in this business are bad as well. Almost every week there is a problem where no one shows up, didn't bring any towels, driver only goes to one plant, don't fill the soap dispensers or hand sanitizers, leave rolls of carpet leaned against the walls. Our company has complained about the service several times and every once in a while they send someone to fix it. They have a new person servicing our account it seems every month. I realize it is very difficult to get employees at this point in time, however there should be something each driver should have explaining how many towels, carpets, etc. each place gets, where they go etc. Bottom line is the service is terrible. On there website there is a person standing holding some kind of a certificate with a title that says " yes even during these times we guarantee our service" laughable.I just checked out most recent bill to what we actually received. Also overbilling.

Run Run Run This company is full of back door scams!! They lie to get you to sign a contract and then make it auto renew for 5 years they make there money by binding you into a contract you know nothing about and bank on you wanting to get out of it because of the horrible service they provide. Just google domestic uniform lawsuits they need to be stopped

This company is by far the worst I've worked with. They are always understaffed. They don't leave whats on your order, you have to check inventory every time and we have to make sure they change the mats. Its been a headache since the start, they promise you a price then change your contract. I only have them one star because I have no other option. Beware! Stay away!

Be Very careful of this company. They are Dishonest. Make sure you thoroughly read their contract. They raised my rates from $48.00 to $109.00 in 4 Years. When i asked them why they raised my bill again most recently , The general manager's response was they all got a raise and it has to come from somewhere. That's great professional business. Also the manager said that unfortunately they can't keep all their customers. So they expect me to pay the remainder of the contract in full. Sent me a letter Accusing me of breach of contract and expecting payment within 7 days or they will take further legal action. Dirty Business.Price Gouging. That's My experience with Domestic Uniform.
