Fantastic meats, low prices, great turn around time on deer processing. One of the few places left that will take whole deer and NOT charge you to skin them. The finished product is better than Shreve Meats and Canaan.

I just picked up my deer from here today. I am very unhappy with my order. I asked for as many steaks as possible cut 2” thick, roasts, trail bologna and sticks. The trail and sticks required 20lbs of meat to make each. This is what I received. 2 steaks with the bone in them. I was charged for deboning and they are not 2” cuts. 4 roasts, 35 pounds of trail, 52 bounds of sticks. My back straps are no where to be found. Most likely in the the trail and sticks. All to the tune of $393.70 after packaging and skinned for mounting. I am very disturbed that so much meat was throne into the sticks and rings when there could of been several more steaks out of this deer. Seem to me like they put as much meat into the sticks as possible to jack up the price.

Millers custom meats provided excellent service and our Beef was ready for pick up the day it was scheduled. This is not “off the shelf” box store meat, full of water and steroids. Grass and grain fed from a Quality supplier not mass produced. It’s worth every penny!

First time having a beef processed there. Everyone you talk to is really nice. Everything is vacuum packed except the hamburger; it's in logs like bulk sausage from a store. The shop is a little off the beaten path.

Havent picked up my meat yet, as i am sitting in their lot to pick up so I can leave a review on that but summer hours are very inconvenient and when I went to pick up there was a sign on door please wait out to lunch but there was no return time. So not sure how long to wait and I called their phone and no answer. Very inconvenient when traveling from out of town.
