This store came to my attention because they were hosting a visit from Raptor, Inc., a local Raptor rescue group. That's a separate discussion.The store is a nice independent bookstore and the staff member I talked to was very helpful and congenial.A side note; the store is in a historic building that is not easily accessible for wheelchairs. There are a number of steps. I'm sure that the staff would try to help, but I can't speak for them.

This is a lovely bookstore out of a fairytale. The staff are always good for a recommendation if you need something new to read! The store also has a beautiful kids section with classic kids stories and stuffed animals to boot, which helped me find a baby shower gift for my cousin! 10/10

Best bookstore EVER!! Love this place and the amazing people that run it!! Check it out! The area is super cool as well - breweries, shops, restaurants, etc.

I love Bookmatters!!!!! I just moved to the Cincy area + love supporting local businesses so I was so excited to find the cutest bookstore right down the street. Kenzie was so sweet + funny + gave great recommendations. I’ll be back often for events + to grab some other great recommendations!!!

can’t say enough good things about Bookmatters!!! They are always so kind and willing to help. I messaged them about getting a hard copy of Fourth Wing (which has been a struggle to get everywhere!) and they weren’t going to get it in before I moved out of the state. Then a few days later they messaged me that they got a new shipment in and that they would hold one for me until I could get to the store! They made sure to message me before they posted online that they had copies which is so amazing. I’m so happy we have such a great business in Milford! I’m also way happier supporting a small local business than buying it on amazon or barnes and noble. I can’t wait to come back and grab books when I’m on holiday breaks!The book store is also such a cute place to hang out at. Great location, fabulous staff!
