My husband and I just went in here today.
I think you’re supposed to have an appointment set but they got us right in, less than an hour before closing.
The guy who helped us (curly mustache, I don’t know his name! lol) answered all our questions, was patient, very helpful and helped us create just what we were looking for my custom necklace.
They even had a few toys in there to keep my 2 year old busy. ?
Cannot wait to receive my first custom piece of jewelry!!!

No nonsense. I went in today to get a watch sized and another watch battery replaced. I really liked the environment so I took the opportunity to discuss engagement rings. I was blown away with the transparency, open-mindedness and compassion during the discussion. They taught me all about the options for selecting a diamond and I’m so grateful I chose today to have that discussion. If you want a no nonsense transaction, this is your place!!

My fiancé and I visited Kirk and Co to design my engagement ring. We had the best experience. Morgan helped us throughout the process and was amazing to work with! They patiently listed to exactly what I wanted in my ring. They helped me find the highest quality diamond in our budget. The customer experience was top tier and we will be repeat customers for all our jewelry. Highly recommended!

They did an amazing job engraving a watch for my friend and me before my friend's wedding. They went out of their way to make sure both watches were finished just in time for the wedding. I couldn't have asked for better service! Highly recommend!

I started going to Kirk & Co when Joe’s dad owned the company in Batesville IN. We bought this aqua marine stone there and wanted to make a new ring. Joe and his crew created this piece of art and memories.

First time I went into the store I was taken care of very professionally I would have rated it 5 star. At that time I dropped something off to be repaired. Today we went in to pick up our repaired item. there was another couple at front counter being waited on by the person who previously took care of me. Another couple walked in behind us and were taken care of, he needed his watch refitted. We stood around. Five other individuals came in and were immediately taken care as we continued to stand around. The longer I stood there the more irritated I got. Finally, someone got up from the back and helped us. What should have taken 10 min turned into over 30 min most of the time standing around. We'll see what happens next time, as we left another item for repair.Don't get me wrong this place has some very beautiful inventory and is well worth a visit if you are in the market.

Kirk & Company Jewelers helped me to design 4 custom rings. From the initial meeting to the day I picked the rings up they were wonderful to work with. Communication was wonderful, they listened to what I wanted, and helped my vision come to life. I recently went back to Kirk & Company to get one of the rings fixed and again the experience was great!

I had a great experience at Kirk & Company. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. She showed us many pieces and told us about the types on gemstones. I wasn't pressured to buy (but did purchase two items).I would highly recommend making a trip to Kirk & Company for your next jewelry purchase.
