I called a month ago to have them come out and look at my standup freezer and see why it’s not freezing anymore. The lady said they would be out in a few days and would call me when they have to come out but didn’t give me a day or time. They never came, so many weeks later I call and talk to Mark and he can’t find where I called, they apparently are old school and do everything with pen and paper and can’t find my information. Mark was nice, he came out within an hour this time and looked at my freezer for 3 minutes told me it was not fixable (even though I just bought it brand new at Lowe’s 4 years ago) and then charged me 75.00 for NOTHING! Said, yeah I have to charge a trip fee! What! Wow, well I live 1 mile away, they stayed 3 minutes and determined they could do nothing but charged me 75.00! That just doesn’t seem right to me, Mark was super nice though. ???

Mark was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and efficient and was able to take care of the problem we were experiencing with our refrigerator quickly. My husband and I highly recommend the services of Miamisburg Appliances.

I called to get my top loader washer repaired and they seemed very knowledgeable when asking questions over the phone. They even ordered the part before coming out to the house hoping to fix the problem in one trip. It took a couple of days for the part to ship but once it arrived he promptly came to fix the problem. I was pleased that although the service gentleman had trouble getting to the broken part he didn’t give up. And the machine is now back up and working. Hooray!

Had my washing machine fixed today and my experience at miamisburg appliance was great. They were all pleasant, the repair man was prompt and knowledgeable and the prices were reasonable. Thank you and i will be contacting them again for any future repairs

Was quoted $69 to come out and see what the problem may be and I was the guy was looking at it. There was really nothing but turning the knob he didn’t quote many of the price but after being there for about 12 minutes he told me my charge was $95, I told him that was rather ridiculous. I was told it was going to be $69. He wanted up getting a very bad attitude with me. I will never recommend him.
