I bought a lot of furniture from this company to furnish a new home I had just bought. Two years later I put it all out to the curb. It was utter rubbish. Bottom line high prices and low quality.

We walked in wanting to look at mattresses not knowing they have a machine that recommends them for you. Spending a few minutes doing that and going straight to those mattresses is a time saver and I would say was a great match for what I felt was most comfortable. We were able to see different price ranges to choose which we wanted as well!

I hardly write reviews about any product, but this this experience, I can't hold back!This is the best customer service that I have ever received for any purchases that I have ever made of any product in my. The store manager and the sales associate (Kelvin) at the Miamisburg location were very involved and helpful. I had an amazing time at the store. I plan to recommend that particular store to all my friends and family. I can't say much about the product (living room sectional) yet because I have not used it yet, but the overall experience was "something to write home about". I will be back for another review after I use the product. Thank you Furniture fair! ?

The Furniture Fair by the Dayton Mall is THE place to buy a bed! Take a short sleep evaluation in their sleep center to find out what kind of support your body requires - we were surprised at our results!Annette is THE MOST knowledgeable sales rep in the bedding area, ever! She really understands what structure is best for your frame, and can explain literally anything that comes up! Furniture Fair is so lucky to have such a quality and passionate individual to help customers find the right mattress for their structural needs.We were so impressed, never knowing about the store even though it's been around quite a while. We highly recommend checking them out for your next furniture, and especially mattress, purchase!

We worked with Kevin on selecting furniture for multiple rooms. He was super easy to work with, gave us plenty of recommendations, staged different pieces of furniture for us and even would come in on his day off to help us through decisions. Happy with the overall experience!

The best place to buy. From the salesman to the delivery men everyone was a pro. No sales pressure, what they said they did. After terrible experience at the "other store" we are happy to recommend Furniture Fair to everyone.

We had superior service at the showroom and when the furniture was delivered. Ruth, our salesperson, was extremely professional and made the order processing a smooth operation. The delivery was completed without any problems at all. The guys were courteous and very efficient in the set-up process.

Joe did an amazing job we asked for something very specific he took us right to it. He was very knowledgeable and showed us all great mechanical perks of the furniture we bought. My boyfriend and I were on the hunt for a new couch and came into Furniture Fair to see a sectional we saw on their website. We were greeted by Kevin who knew exactly what couch we were looking for. After showing us this specific couch we decided it wasn't quite what we were looking for. Kevin was very attentive and accommodating when showing us other options. We ended up shopping at a couple of other stores but they definitely didn't compare to the options we saw at Furniture Fair or to the service we received from Kevin. I personally work in specialty retail and can be a tough cookie when I'm shopping at other specialty retail stores. Kevin was very straight forward, not pushy and just very down to earth with us. I would highly recommend shopping here and asking for Kevin!

Kevin was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable in all areas, helpful, and fun to work with. My husband and I were so impressed. Kevin's professionalism was also outstanding. We walked out of the store with smiles and a sense of mission accomplished in the best way possible.

Excellent experience. Salesman was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind in assisting my 87 year old mother pick out a new recliner and sofa that fit her, co-ordinated well and was very reasonably priced. She's happy, so I'm happy.

I went to Furniture Fair looking for new furniture for our living room. I wasn't sure what I wanted and our salesperson, Steve Ross, was excellent in helping to narrow down my choices. He quided us through the various styles and explained quality, warranty and available upgrades along with price points to fit our budget. When it came time to choose a fabric, Steve was extremely patient and helpful in making the final choices.I feel the price was fair for the pieces we purchased. I would definitely recommend Furniture Fair to others!

I bought a recliner there with their 5 years cover anything warranty. I now have an issue with my chair and it's not covered. They lied to me and have lost my business. While dealing with them about said issue I was treated with disrespect. I warn you now don't do business with liars and cheats. Their furniture is not holding up. Go elsewhere.
