This store is a very straightforward hardware store. Very reasonable pricing and friendly staff. They even let my daughter use their employee restroom in an emergency, which I felt was very kind. We come here to buy bulk wild bird seed as we love to hang feeders to attract the wild birds and squirrels (and the occasional groundhog) and they have great prices on seeds. I also think they have a great selection of gardening goods and lots of different hardware, parts and tools.

Ordered handsoap online; showed store had it, drove 30miles one way only to get there to have the store manager tell us that they didnt have 6 bottles, only had 2 and they were for store use only. Would not sell any to us. We could order from the warehouse and they would have it in on Saturday. WHY would you show on your website and allow an order if only for the store? Called into customer service, they couldnt do anything because each store is individually owned. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - offered no solutions. Sorry Ace Hardware, you lost another client

I’m not sure I’ve ever been to a store that has employees that are as rude as these people are every time I go in. I stop here because it’s close to my house and convenient but I won’t be anymore. I walked in to grab something quickly 9 min before closing time and the cashier said “OH MY GOD WILL SOMEONE LOCK THESE DOORS! Apparently people can’t tell time”. They are awful in here, always have been. Their prices are through the roof and I don’t understand how they think it’s ok to treat people this way

Once again they did their bait and switch like they have several times, not honoring coupons in their flyer, always have excuses why the coupon can't be used, this is the most worthless hardware store I've seen and most expensive, I walked out empty handed ad usual

Bad customer service! Charged my card and cancelled my order! Oh and everyone I spoke to even the manager had no clue how to fix this issue! It’s your damn job and your too stupid to figure out the basics of your job?! 2024 is the year of quality and customer service is failing!

They were so helpful. We had went to Lowe's and they didn't have the size of plexiglass we needed so the sales man sent us to Ace Hardware where we got great service.

Well. Let's start with the man. Older then me.He Is God sent. If I just delt with him , I would have gave Rocky's Ace Hardware 5 out of 5 stars. It was a woman, however, that was approx 3 feet away from me and my son and a young caucasian man and she ask him did he need anything , he said no then she walked off . At that time we were looking at shower faucets. I had a question.
