Terrible customer service. I'm a loyal PNC customer. I went in there today to get a notary for a patriot act form for a safety deposit box at another bank. I was told we don't notarize other bank forms. All this is a document that just needs to verify my signature. I reached out to PNC corporate and even they told me they don't see anything in their criteria that would cause them not to notarize this document they just did not want to do their job!!

I was treated very well when I recently visited this branch. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I usually bank online but I needed some assistance with two tasks.I truly appreciated the wonderful customer service!

When the hours are Posted, especially a banking establishment, they should not be closed before the listed time as they were today(at least 5 minutes early, maybe more). I use PNC for my business, and that is not how businesses should operate.

Pnc is a joke. My wife's father died and since day 1 they won't release his banking account money when we have all documents proving we are beneficial and all. Sign statements from our lawyers and notarized paperwork and we keep getting run around why they can't release his money. But they made sure to freeze account within days after his death so nobody could touch it but them. They are a scam and a joke. When we were in town we tride to go bank and told us we needed appointment knowing we were only there for few days and they wouldn't help us to close account and all. Since then it's been a joke with this bank. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Biggest pos scammers ever.

I love the staff here . They are very friendly and even though i don't walk in the branch very often they seem to always know me by name . They are great people and I always feel at home when I walk in .

Watch out people. This bank's service is horrible. The male manager will not work with you and makes you feel like you are worthless. This bank charges overdraft fees even when you not overdrawn. I definitely miss Tim the other manager he used to work with you, listen, and not make you feel stupid. By the looks of the reviews this seems to be an internal problem that hasn't been fixed. I have loved PNC but now I just change bank's if this is how they conduct business.

I HAVE TO RANT ABOUT SOMETHING I THINK IS THE DUMBEST THING I EVER HEARD . MY DAUGHTER WHO IS AT SCHOOL (BOWLING GREEN) SHE GOT A SETTLEMENT CHECK FROM A LOCAL LAWYER. MADE OUT TO HER , WITH MY ADDRESS ON IT , SHE SIGNED THE BACK , I WENT TO PNC , WHERE I HAVE BEEN BANKING FOR 9 YEARS , THREW THE DRIVE THREW TO DEPOSIT IN MY ACCOUNT, THE LADY ASKED IF MY DAUGHTER WAS WITH ME , I SAID NO , SHES AWAY AT SCHOOL, SHE SAID IM SORRY I CAN NOT DEPOSIT THIS CHECK ,I SAID I DON'T WANT CASH BACK , SHE SAID SORRY , I DROVE AROUND AND WENT IN . I SAW THE ASSISTANT MGR WHO KNOWS ME BECAUSE IM IN THERE EVERY WEEK ,AND MIND YOU THE CHECK FROM THE LAWYER ALSO BANKS AT PNC , SHE SAID SHE DID NOT THINK SHE COULD HELP BUT SHE WOULD ASK HER MGR , SHE AND HE CAME BACK AND SAID SORRY, THOSE ARE THE RULES, I SAID I HAVE 4 TIMES THE AMOUNT IN MY ACCOUNT , IM NOT TRYING TO CASH IT , THEY SAID NOTHING THEY CAN DO, I THEN SAID I WANT TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT , THEY SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY ON HAND THAT THEY COULD ORDER CASH FOR ME, AND LET ME TELL YOU ITS NOT A LOT OF MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT, I THINK I HAVE OVERSTAYED MY WELCOME IN THIS BANK . Please nobody take offense to this it would be different, if I was a young punk kid, I'm 46 years old. I've been at the same job for over 25 years. I've been in my house for 21 years. I have a zero debt to income ratio . I have over an 840 credit score. The check was made out to my daughter with my address on it. It's not like I was trying to cash a check from China it was from a local attorney that banks at PNC all I wanted to do was deposit in my account. How about they say OK Mr. Carrino we're gonna let you deposit the money but you can't withdraw it until the check clears ?? And I've been banking at the same bank for nine years. and i have more then the amount in my account bad customer service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Used their ATM to withdraw a larger amount in cash. I went inside to exchange the $20 dollar bills for $100 dollar bills. Since I'm a USAA member, and not a member of their bank, they refused to exchange the bills. Good to know for other military/usaa members you'll go ignored for something as simple as bill exchanges from THEIR ATM!

What kind of bank closes before people even get off work? I guess only those who are retired can use PNC.
