“Discount Drug Mart on route 3 is a terrific store!!! It is always so clean and well stocked!!! I can always find everything I need there. Drug Mart is not just a drug store with a great pharmacy, but they have everything from fresh fruit and veggies to cleaning supplies!!!Even when it was Christmas time, I could find gifts for people on my Christmas list!!! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Even when Lysol was in short supply, one of the stock boys went and looked in the back room for me. Valerie has been there a long time and is always so pleasant and helpful as a cashier. She is quick and efficient as well. If you need to pick up some quick food or supplies, you should try Discount Drug Matt, you won't be disappointed!!”
“Just moved to Ohio and needed to stock my fridge. My first visit to Giant Eagle was a great success. The store seemed overwhelming at first but the staff were quick to guide me through the store. At checkout Mistie told me about the rewards program and suggested I visit the guest service desk and sign up. Mistie gave me a courtesy card to get me any discount a rewards member would receive today. She went out of her way to pack my groceries snd retrieve a larger basket. I will do future shopping at Giant Eagle”

“Pharmacist, Chris, went out of his way to help me get my medication! I had been looking for a certain med and called multiple stores. I was greeted mostly with employees who sounded annoyed or just didn’t care and I was about to give up. I decided to try one more store even though it was over an half hour away, and I’m so thankful that Chris answered! He was so nice and called right away to have my RX transferred and searched around to get me the best price possible. He called to give me updates and had it ready within a half hour. I am truly thankful, as it is hard to find kind people who actually take pride in their jobs these days. The lady who checked me out was so nice too! I highly recommend this pharmacy. “Has a great wine selection. Got a bottle of Catawba from Lonz Winery. Have good ethnic foods but not as good of selection as the store in North Olmsted. But they do a good job at keeping a variety of ethnic food.”

“Aetna OTC card used here. Remember this year you get $240 per quarter to spend on both OTC and another $240 on healthy foods/produce. Wife and I spend $480 on vitamins etc. which were all covered, see tags on shelves. Next year is a different benefit which seems better. Check your benefits package.”

“They are ok, but they close the pharmacy from 1:30-2:00 and I never remember that as all the other pharmacies I have ever gone through do not close. But I was able to find my medicine there when many other places were out of it.”
“I've always loved marcs. I wish they would broaden some of their selections. However my biggest pet peeve is there is no drive thru for their pharmacy. The pharmacist Adam is great!!! So nice..even calls to check on how your doing with meds. Love the staff. I just really wish they wouid put in a drive thru. For elderly.. the sick.. disabled. Etc. Staff is always nice . Store is clean .”

“I printed my christmas pictures here, and while looking to send them out I realized half of them were a complete different family so I paid full price for half of mine & half of another family.. However when I went there the manager instantly made it right and refunded me. The customer service was 100% there, although I am upset now who knows what person has pictures with my daughters face all over them.. but it was an honest mistake they quickly tried to make right.”
