The service was top notch but they removed the coffee machine and TVs from the lobby. I was truly and sincerely looking forward to watching a bit of Top Gear and making a cup of coffee. It always made the miserable oil change experience so much more inviting and welcoming. Not entirely sure what the rationale is behind pulling your customers only form of entertainment from the lobby. I'm inspired to find an alternate provider for my oil service but the team that was there today was incredible. It's 2024 and the miserable yet exceptional oil change experience is back at Jiffy Lube, baby!

Not sure what a $4 “shop supply” is, but I have been bringing all my cars there since that location opened and never had that before. Probably won’t be back!Service: Oil change

Thank you for the excellent (and fast!) Service and kindness today at Jiffy Lube. Their team is prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. They knew that I didn’t have a lot of time, and they serviced our vehicle quickly. I was very impressed by the employees and their dedication to doing a good job. I was also impressed that a team member washed each of our vehicle windows! Thank you for the great experience and for going the extra mile, Jiffy Lube! Now my vehicle is ready to do the same. Keep up the excellent work and customer service. We will be back!

First time at jiffy lube. I will return. Everyone was professional and explained everything.Fair price for oil change.They even washed my windows and vacuumed my car.Good job!

Just showed up a couple of minutes after it opened. Was met at my car by an employee who literally was in his pajamas. He said, "It will be a few minutes because I have to change." I backed out and left. Not very professional.

Quick, efficient service. Got right in. Water in the waiting area was cold. Waiting area was clean. Staff was professional.
