I like the GE here in Medina and especially the employees, but I get agrevated when the corporate offices decide they are going to mess with certain foods that everyone purchases there. We buy the rotisserie chicken pretty often, but when I saw them in the plastic bags, I was totally turned off! They are apparently saying its do to plastic issues and the environment, but us shoppers are not born yesterday! That is, and always is, all about money and cost. Please don't insult my intelligence! I am pretty sure I will have to go elsewhere to buy my chicken then or make my own!

Bakery products and staff are excellent. Checking out is a joke. One cashier who was slow and handled ny groceries like he was mad at them. I will not accept the "we can't find people' excuse. While this was going on their was a woman standing in front of register lines doing nothing...nothing. There was another woman in the self checkout area scrolling through her phone...oblivious to everything. Not very impressive.

Manager just got an attitude and refused to honor the bogo Hellmann's coupon. This used to be a good store, but if they don't honor their own coupons then they are worthless.

Emerson is the sweetest person! She helped switch my messed up bills for straighter ones since the machine didn't want to accept my bills from being folded up too much. I know it's a simple and silly thing but her attitude and kindness made my night. She is the type to help you because she wants you and not make you feel like your inconveniencing her. Please give her a raise and a shoutout for me. Thank you!

Went to buy one of my beloved rotisserie chickens from Giant Eagle only to get there and discover them not in nice container anymore but, just shoved in a plastic bag hot with a Ziploc closure. Chicken flipped over on its top, some on their side, some upright, some bags partially open with the juice poured on the case. It was disgusting!!!! Workers agreed with me and lots of customers were in agreement and just as disgusted.

I have never wrote a bad review before, I believe in writing good reviews as the world is so quick to judge.
I am so terribly sad. My son is 100% gtube dependent & can only use formula. I was in yesterday to pick it up and they didn’t have any but they said they would order it and it would be there the following day.
They did not have it nor did they even bother to look, as they were two young kids that just kept saying “ I don’t know anything , I’m just filling in.” Since he is in a prescription for his food it only gets filled one time a month.
I called customer service & tried to speak with the store manager, not to get anyone in trouble , I understand circumstances do happen. But my 4 year old son will not receive his nutrition. I just wanted to see if they could confirm it would at least be ordered, or speak with someone who does know, as we have never had a problem the last 2 times since switching there. No one would speak to me and was hung up on. My son will not have his nutrition tonight , this is so terribly unsettling and sad
