Big business only looks out for big business. They dont service general public anymore. Don't waste your time all orders are a 50.00 minimum and they "encourage" you to order online at their website of course. If im ordering something online im not waiting a week or longer to receive. Do yourselves a favor and order from Amazon or a local hardware store, Fastenal has really gone down hill in the last few years.

Decent selection of fasteners and safety equipment. Metric selection could be better. Always have to have them order the metric fasteners I need and get hit with shipping charges. Knowledgeable staff and this place is never busy, so no waiting.
