Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They have lost my prescriptions after filling them. If something is out of stock, they cancel the order and never notify you. This place is a total joke.

They are ok, but they close the pharmacy from 1:30-2:00 and I never remember that as all the other pharmacies I have ever gone through do not close. But I was able to find my medicine there when many other places were out of it.

The store is great, the pharmacy used to be. They have hired hired people with no customer service skills to be in charge of customer service. I do not like getting lied to with snotty replies when I ask a simple question, that makes me irritated.

Spent an hour on hold for the pharmacy without talking to anyone, so I called the front store and was transferred to the pharmacy. This time they answered within 3 minutes but the rep had a terrible attitude! I usually refrain from posting but this comes after numerous horrible experiences with this pharmacy and their staff! Time to go back to CVS in Target!!

Most reviews boil down to interactions with individual employees, not the business. Lucky for me, I reached Laura on the phone. What an angel! This CVS ended up being the ONLY pharmacy in Medina to have a new medicine for treating COVID in people at high risk. That’s me. I spoke to Laura who offered to call my current pharmacy, and get my prescription transferred. She said “Give me an hour. I’ll call you back when it’s ready. Park in the parking lot and call me from there, and I’ll bring it to you.” Try to imagine how nice those words sound when you are so sick you can’t walk. I wish I could take her flowers! Thank you! Thank you!

If I could give 0 star I would. The doctor was trying to make a little girl not cry while giving her a shot. Little kids cry when they’re scare. You can’t stop that. The doctor spend an HOUR trying to comfort the little girl even though there was a lot of people waiting. Terrible service. She should’ve just let other people go first instead of spending an hour to try to stop a little kid from crying while getting a shot.
