Me And My Husband would like to thank Moe he was the best me an my husband have not experienced customer service like that in a long time the room was clean the staff was very professional the food was great whenever we have to stay at a hotel again it will definitely be that one

Nice hotel starting to show little signs of aging but clean; room was a little cramped but met basic needs. Excellent service staff - Mo is amazing, kind and professional. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby but not really walkable.

The people who work here make the stay worth it! This hotel came in at like $40 less than another Hilton. I was upgraded to a whirlpool room, and I regrettably did not use it. The room was very hot when I walked in and it took the air conditioning a long time to cool the space. Room was nice and cozy, even if it did feel a little outdated. Breakfast service was top notch and food was good for the price!

nothing special and room was really dirty and tv was outdated. hot tub wasn’t working for some reason which is kinda why i booked. beds were super comfy. fun with the right people and i like the checking in with the app! :-)

I wanted to give them more stars as some of the managers and workers were very accommodating and pleasant. However, housekeeping interrupted my baby’s nap TWICE despite the DND sign, having an agreement with the front desk, and just explaining it to the first two housekeepers 10 minutes ago. They even wanted to argue with me about it while my door was open and my child trying to sleep just behind me.

I literally booked this hotel for a weekend getaway because I wanted to relax in the hot tub. I get all the way there and the hot tub was closed. I asked the front desk about it and the woman was so rude!

Came to our room and found a small stain on our blanket, called room service and waited a moment for him to bring another one up but he brought us a sheet instead of a comforter. Went to the pool and spa and the hot tub was closed without letting us know And finally we tossed and turned all night and couldn’t sleep with the sheets a blanket so we went down to ask for a blanket and they said they didn’t have any right now.

Breakfast is excellent!The rooms are nice, nothing to really complain or brag about.The staff are friendly and helpful when available, but the hours for the food and bar are fairly limited.Location is decent, right off the freeway so quick and easy access but not a lot of options for food in the direct area.

Rooms: Rooms had a thermostat that was stuck at a high temp and could not be changed even when turning it down. Very hot and uncomfortable

I was Disappointed along with my 3 year old that the pool was not available to us! However Moe and Welben made up for it with their hospitality. These two gentlemen go above and beyond to make sure you are treated like family. Hilton you are very blessed to have these two on your team! Keep up the good work you two! The world needs more kind people like you

First and LAST stay! Horrible! Nothing was available that was advertised/pictured. Pictures grossly underestimate how out of date and neglected this hotel is. Upon our arrival about 6 pm this past Friday evening... their Restaurant was closed. Explained the chef called in sick. What? You have ONE chef/person to run a hotel restaurant? No room service now either. Then, the bar/lounge was closed. No explanation offered for that. We then discover the hot tub was out of service/drained in their pool area with big orange cones around it. Our Room rugs were gross and stained. I felt like I stepped into a time warp with the dreadful decor. Remote to the TINY, out of date t.v. didn't work, and light bulbs were blown in the room. Ice machine didn't work. Water leak stains on the ceiling. No free breakfast (You have to pay $9(?)) The prices they are charging for the level of services they claim to offer, but do not deliver on and the condition of the room and equipment failure are disgusting and shameful!Rooms: Out of date, run down and filthy carpets.
