Summary: poor workmanship, poor communication, failure to follow through, poorly trained employees with a significant lack of knowledge. Would not recommend!I took my phone in for repair and left a relatives number to contact when they were complete with the repair. They did not call. I picked my phone up and the screen was repaired but the front camera was not working.They said that they would repair it, but they needed to order the camera. They told me they would call when it arrived. After 2 weeks with no call, I contacted them. They could not find the order and requested I call back the next day.I called back and I was informed that they used the part in a different phone and were waiting for another part. After several more days I called back and again they couldn't find the order. I request a call back from the store the next day from someone that can help. I did not receive a call.I took my phone to another repair store and paid out of pocket. I was informed by the new store that the wire connecting the camera to the board was damaged and it most likely happened during the screen repair.

Not happy, I scheduled an appointment for 11:00 today, to find out that the tech is not there on Sundays nor did they have the part, so I have to make another trip back. Everyone was friendly, but this trip was futile.Here's an update. I was told Sunday that I would be contacted Monday when the parts came in for my repair. Monday came and passed and I never received a text, email, or phone call stating that they had parts, or when they would be available, or when they could repair, nothing, just silence.Here's update #2, it has been a full 7 days since my scheduled appointment, no one has contacted me at ALL! I had my phone repaired on Wednesday at another store altogether. Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars. So here's my rating with customer service like that they should be out of business soon.

The staff there are total ROCK STARS! They replaced a tragically dying battery and shattered screen in ONE HOUR! It was awesome! Now I don't have to buy a new phone!
