Did not get what we ask for at all. Picked a color and the worker decided on her own to change it without even asking. 'she' thought it would be brighter. Tried to blame the lighting in the shop. Took her outside with mirrors to show her the hair, because we live outside I guess. Knew it was not what was asked for. Knew customer was not happy. While the older ladies where nice and all, this younger worker was not. For $185 you'd think they would care.
