“I highly recommend this moving company. Steven, Kyle, and Brandon were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They moved quickly and showed a strong working ethic with each other. They all made sure to interact with me as they worked on a personal and professional level. We are having new flooring done so they moved everything to my garage and I will gladly call them back to move everything back into my house. “Two Men and a Truck completed my local move for me. I hired them for packing services before the move and hired them for the move itself. A friend told me to use them for my move after having a great experience when they did his local move. 3 men showed up and were very polite, worked hard throughout the day got done after a full day of work with pleasant smiles all day. Another truck showed up with another crew that were very friendly as well and hard working as well. They wrapped up my interior belongings that needed to be wrapped like they were there’s. The guys wrapped up all my tools together to move them with ease.
The next day the guys showed up at a great time and began the the unloading process quickly everything I had labeled was moved in locations I wrote down I’m glad I took the time to label my belongings my home was approximately 1600 square feet with a garage and a shed full of belongings and tools.
I would recommend Leaders moving to anyone moving in the area or beyond thank you for making the move less stressful.
On a side note ! The team used pads around the front door openings just in case of any kind of scratching, which I thought was very great move on their part.”

Planes moving team took great care with my antiques and collectibles. The price quoted and accepted DID NOT change. Planes truly honor their estimated quoted price.
Diane, Planes Surveyor/Move Estimator assigned Kristen, one of their best drivers for my move to another state, and in turn, Kristen hired the best packers. My belongings were very well packed and delivered. However, no matter how much care is taken, items do suffer some damage. It comes with the territory of moving, and I have moved internationally and nationally many times. I haven’t fully unpacked, but so far, so good, no major damage.
Diane arrived on time for our meeting. She was knowledgeable, honest, caring and kind. She gave great advice on what needed to be done to properly protect my antiques, and to help keep cost down. She guided me through the whole process.
Once the contract was accepted and signed, Kyra, Move Coordinator was constantly checking in to make sure everything was going well. She was very responsive when we had questions or needed something.
Kristen, Driver and Move Overseer for packing, loading, delivery and unloading, was very conscientious, efficient, meticulous, caring and kind. Kristen made sure that everything was well wrapped, packed, loaded, and delivered. Kristen was present every step of the way. The care she took of everything put me at ease.
All the staff who packed, loaded and unloaded at both locations, from the state of departure to state of arrival were great. They were hardworking, very efficient, and very careful with my possessions.
Customer Service Personnel were also great. Kyra and Kristen were in constant contact with me and other family members throughout the whole process. The entire team was very responsive, efficient and caring. I highly recommend Planes Moving and Storage for your move. You will be in good hands with a FIVE STAR MOVING COMPANY!.”

“So far, we are quite happy with our experience(We moved from a competitor's location where we experienced true filth including rats, bugs, mice, and all manner of debris outside the unit in the GRAVEL lot. Trust me. A gravel lot is NOT a good idea at a storage unit.)Rock Castle has friendly staff who are ON SITE and available for answering questions. Their pricing is MUCH better.... the lowest in the area.... and they even gave us a discount as senior citizens. I believe they also discount to veterans.The lot is not pristine... a good sweep or blower run around the units would help, but it is such an improvement over our previous situations that I really can't complain.”

“It took way longer than we anticipated.I am guessing that part of the reason would be the time it took to wrap everything which I guess is a good thing such as the TV's glass pieces etc. The amount of time was underestimated.”
