They had my stihl weed eater for over a month and had never go to it. I call them the day it was supposed be done and they said it would be next. 2 week later and still never got to it.

this place has the WORST customer service ever. I am the manager at a landscap/Tree company and we have spent a lot of money buying Stihl equipment and Exmark Mowers from them. NEVER AGAIN last year both of our brand new 10k mowers had nuts and bolts falling off of them because they were not properly assembled. I bought a Stihl fs91 weed eater. I used it for maybe an hour and it had something rattling inside it and whatever it is got stuck inside the pull cord area and the pull cord was stuck. I take it back to ask econowise to look at it and the Manager and their mechanic very quickly and very rudely told me that because I took the guard off the warranty was void. they seemed pleased to say that to me which is ridiculous because the thing was barely used it didn't even have grass on it. if this is how they treat a customer who has easily spent 25k on equipment at their store in less than a year then I can't imagine how they treat other people. Don't ever take anything you need fixed there either because they will have it for 2-6 months and after you do get it back you will have to take it to Bramble or another place to get it fixed properly

Needed a trencher to bury some drain tile. Required trailer rental in addition renting the trencher. Staff was helpful and the trencher made quick work of the task. For do it yourselfers, recommend you rent after 1pm Saturday. You are only charged a daily rate until it's due back on Monday morning.

Knowledgeable staff whether you are buying or renting equipment. I have rented tools here several times. Plus, I paid them to service my Stihl products. They fixed it right the first time.
