I had a very good experience at the Deerfiedl Center store today. The woman who helped me did really help. I have reccomended Chicos to others in thepast and I will definitely do so again!

We frequent a Chico's in most every city we travel to. This location is very similar in size and available product to what we're used to. You could call it a cookie-cutter effect. We are frugal so we first seek out the sale rack. Unfortunately, we found nothing interesting on clearance. They had some great jewelry ideas, so we didn't leave empty handed. We also bought some gift cards for our Chico's fanatics out west. I love the store's setup. Everything is easy to find and smartly displayed. They don't jam their limited space with a ton of merchandise, making it impossible to find anything. This location has an enormous parking lot and the entrance is a short walk from your car. The shop is kept clean and the ladies were incredibly helpful. 12/21

The sales ladies were so wonderful. I went in looking for a jacket to wear for my professional headshots with my 2 young kids in tow. The woman showed me 5 jackets within 5 mins. All of them wonderful and then sold them with the current promotion. 10 min later, I was out the door and the kids didn't even drive me crazy. Excellent service!
