My overall experience was great. My husband and I were unsure if we were going to buy a Honda when we first visited the dealership as it was our first stop on our car hunting journey. Aaron was very eager to help us and was not pushy. He understood we were looking at other makes and models. He did keep in touch with us over the next several weeks and wanted us to contact him if we had any questions. After going to several dealerships, we decided that Honda would be our choice. Aaron was fairly new in the sales department but he was eager to answer our questions. We ended up buying the Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport. The only thing I don't remember him telling us was that the car makes a loud noise when putting it into reverse. A few days after bringing the car home, I back it up for the first time and heard it. I did call the service department and they said it was supposed to do that as a warning to others. In other words, a safety feature. So far, we really enjoy the CR-V and hope we have positive interactions in the future with Mathews Acura Marion.

I would like to start off by saying I love my new car!! I got a 2025 Honda Civic sport with great deals, after getting rear ended badly. My 2010 Honda fit was totaled, it was my first car and I was still so shocked I got a 2025 Honda I would come back to Mathews Honda and Acura every time from now on. AARON DEETER tried everything in his power to get me with a car I liked as well as all the safety features I went from being terrified of driving to exited anytime I seen it! go see Aaron 100% recommend!!!!
