I frequently search for equipment to expand my printing services and have had several transactions with Boggs Equipment. I feel that I have received a good value with items I've purchased. I recently had them deliver a purchase to my building and was impressed with the courteous and efficient service their driver provided. I have also found them to be particularly knowledgeable with the various finishing machines on the market and they have helped steer me towards the right purchase.

Boggs Equipment has been an excellent partner in helping grow our business. We have bought several pieces of equipment from them over the years, and they've been great throughout the process. Tom and Jack are very knowledgeable when we've had questions prior to purchase, and are always very up front about the condition of the used equipment we're purchasing. As a small commercial printer, we rely on them when we want to upgrade our existing machines or find a solution to offer a new product. Boggs is the premier used dealer of printing equipment in the US.

Do not put effort into selling surplus to this company. We had a Tippmamn 15 ton clicker press, Potdevin gluer, GBC Magnapunch with 4 dies, $10,000 automatic foil press, large format zebra thermal printer, newer better pack gummed tape machine, German Schmedt bookbinding machine, + way more. All are fully working - can you guess our offer?$1500. Ridiculous low ballers - they would have doubled their money with the clicker press alone.

I recently bought a Heidelberg Windmill (on top of 2 others & a Challenge Paper Cutter & ink in the past) and have been very happy with every purchase from Boggs. They go out of their way to accommodate delivery logistics and being that I am located close to their warehouse they are always welcoming when I go over to check out equipment. Presses are usually from the 1950s & 60s and often times if a part is missing or needs replacement they have been very helpful in accommodating from their parts section and if they do not have it they referred me to folks from their network who might have it. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future!

Totally unprofessional experience. Submitted some pics of equipment they didn’t want, which is fine, but never emailed me back to let me know.I’m have a time frame to sell and a response would have been helpful.

I do not usually leave public reviews for business, but felt I needed to in this case.Please be aware that even though they say equipment is taken from a working environment, this may not be the case. Do not bid on any equipment that does not have a video unless you can physically inspect it. They will auction a knowingly broken piece of equipment without disclosing that it is broken and you'll be stuck with repair or replacement.I know because it happened to me. Customer service doesn't even have the descentcy to respond!

Terrible experience - We bought a hydraulic lift from Boggs and it has malfunctioned from within the first week. The fluid reservoir for the lift had a crack in the bottom several inches long and leaked copious amounts of fluid. We called and texted dozens of times before we were able to have David replace the reservoir. We thought that would fix the malfunctioning of the lift, but it did not.The lift continues to malfunction, David will not anser the phone, reply to text or return phone calls. He has left us high and dry. I would advise strongly against doing business with David and Bodds equipment and encourage anyone to look at the other negative reviews on Google. They are indicative of what you can expect when doing business with David.

Boggs managed to get me a, now more rare, exposure unity quickly and for a fair price. Frankly, that's a baseline standard for most businesses. What sets Boggs apart was their attentiveness to me and general customer service. I had a small issue that Tom addressed in under 24 hours with no questions asked. Another company could have easily left me in the lurch. Boggs did not. I would absolutely order from them again.

We are actually very fortunate that our office is close to Boggs and I have gotten to know Jack and Chris over the 30 years we have been in business. They have always made our purchases a positive experience. Most importantly, when we have had issues with items we have purchased, they have always been fast to solve problems and do care about their customers. They are always our first stop when we are looking for new ideas!

Really bad service from Sarah Grover. I purchased a machine and she send it to the wrong address, the day the machine arrived at the wrong direction I was trying to concat her in email and phone and there was no answer. I had to pay for extra services to unload and store a machine at the wrong warehouse.She didn’t even try to make things right, she told me she will make me a refund but then she decided to stop answering.HORRIBLE SERVICE from SARAH GROVERUpdate:Mr. Tom contacted me and offered me a solution to my problems, he was very professional and helpful!

I was looking for USED Saddle Binder and Folder. Boggs Equipment had what I was looking for. The price was right. They even delivered the equipment for me. We received the machines in good condition. Installed them and everything ran as expected. I was very happy with my purchases. The equipment is in production and running very well. I will definitely use them in the future.
