The man in there was very rude not helpful at all, the lady on the phone told me I could go get my phone in there and he said that I couldn't do that and didn't even want to be answer my and my son's question...Update.. 12/29/23 great visit this time very nice and quick service very pleased

It was super easy to get everything set up. The employee who helped me was very nice and courteous and made sure I had everything I needed. Setting it up at home was easy to do as well. Haven't had any issues either. Very satisfied.

Employees were nice. However they were out of cable boxes and wouldn't have any for 3 days. Best they could do was have serviceman here in 2 days. Hopefully he has one. Unable to give credit on my bill. I have to call and get credit. Don't really call this good service.

I was able to switch my phone carrier to Spectrum and save some money, The person, who waited on me was helpful and patient with me and answered all my questions. Spectrum took care of my wants and needs. My wait time was reasonable.

They're busy, but they take care of their customers as quickly and efficiently as they can. I wish they had more places for customers to sit while they wait.

I would literally give a negative star review if I could. After years of bad service we moved to a better internet provider. We returned our equipment (wisely saving the receipt) but have been repeatedly billed for the equipment. I have been to the location three times in the last week to try to rectify their mistake and have been assured three times that it has been fixed only for it not to be corrected and I am still being charged nearly four hundred dollars...of which they will never see a penny...I am not paying for equipment I already returned. The last time the employee was rude, lazy, and abusive. Terrible service. Terrible customer experience. Terrible company. Avoid at all costs. Now, Spectrum, feel free to reply with your meaningless stock apology...which is probably just a bot.

Literally will not help you. The company does not care about customers or their staff. We used both the customer service line and went in the store (twice). We just needed to replace a broken phone and were told three different things by three different employees no one would actually help. Kept getting the run around because Spectrum doesn’t care and doesn’t allow employees to actually help. The services are fine when they work but the second you need assistance you might as well just switch providers it would be easier and less time consuming.

Was just dropping off a modem and it took like almost an hour, and that parking lot, I mean why? That's just an accident waiting and willing to happen.
