Overpriced. I actually witnessed these employees breaking electric plugs off appliances and tearing blankets, coats etc before putting in trash bin so God forbid, a homeless person couldn't utilize. Your suppose to be supporting this community , not taking from it. Shame on you and get those prices back down. I stopped going and many others have also

I live in Lexington it's funny that no one wants to work but yet they want that pay check without working. And goodwill and other thrift stores that state they take furniture donation or pickup you need to remove that you all still do that when no one does. At least not in the surrounding areas.

I remember why I stopped shopping there, looks 100% better but same rude employees at the back door and the front door. Don't you dare ask for anything... A customer was hit with merchandise for asking to see an item and then asking again when ignored. The customer even talked to a manager but the employee still works there as of today and forget about anyone acknowledging that you're at the back trying to donate, but don't you dare try to donate in the front if nobody helps you at the donation door.

I found an item that didn’t have a price on it and was missing pieces but the male manager would not price it or let me buy it when he could have made a price, being he’s the manager. He said it would have to go back through processing and I would have to wait at their convenience for the next cart to come out. Absolutely no customer service. All other employees have been marvelous.

I was in the store for the first time. Never again. Two Mexican heritage men in buying clothes. The manager came up after the girl with gray hair went and got him and yelled at these men who clearly go there alot. He said I have told you do not bring 100.00 bills in here. The one spent 40.00. He had such a fuss, I laid my clothes down and left. I will not support people who act of such.
