First time coming here. Wanted to check out some furniture for my vacation house in Akron I have. This place is really huge for a furniture store. Plenty of couches mainly along with other upholstery, dressers, chests and furniture you won't find anywhere else. Staff is friendly and thankfully doesn't intrude as your shopping around. Prices are sky high but I'm sure they finance.

We ordered some bedroom furniture on Memorial Day. Our sales lady told us 3 to 4 months. I looked at the reciept after we got home and it said allow up to 24 weeks for delivery. Well here we are Christmas Eve and nothing. No furniture, no call, no email...I have called multiple times and no return call. At the cost of this of this furniture I would want to keep my customer happy. Never again! I only gave it 1 star because there is no way to leave - stars.
