employees are rude and impatient, unhelpful, but this translates to a larger problem with planet fitness's customer support in general. If your home gym wont/cant(But probably just wont) help you all you got is a email that you might get a message back from.

The employees are the worst. Their attitude towards customers is terrible. and they love to create "rules" that only they know. Although thinking about it perhaps it is discrimination for being Latina and of color. I don't know. I didn't feel comfortable there at all. I see why the citizens of Lorain prefer to go to Avon. 0/10

They have multiple equipments; everything works well - the treadmills sometimes don’t function very well. Staff is always available to help. Can get busy during weekends and in the evenings.

Always have a great workout whenever I'm there. Facilities are clean, locker rooms are nice. No complaints.

Absolute joke, that "any time cancelation" is an absolute joke. Im at college 150 miles away from my home gym and I cant cancel my membership. Change something PLEASE.

The treadmill machines are disappointing. They do not have a fan and do not surpass 999 steps. The 999 just sticks. Sometimes the belts drag on treadmills. I went in today, (and yes I understand it is cold out, but if you workout right, you will sweat), and none of the fans were on.
