Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Super convenient that they are open late on Sundays. Very quick lab results for our pup! Very reasonably priced for medication & lab services!
Update: Our sweet girl ended up needing emergency surgery almost a month later. We took her back to the girls & they were overwhelmingly compassionate. Dr. Tracy is the most understanding Vet we have ever met. All the girls went above and beyond to take care of our beloved Sasha girl. They were very communicative on everything & kept us updated as she was kept overnight. This office is nothing short of incredible. Flexible payment options is a LIFE SAVER. Thank you simply does not cut it girls, you are all Godsent?

We took our dog in this past weekend after she had been having some stomach issues that escalated. The staff were all so efficient, but friendly as well. We were told there would be a little wait because they were busy, but when we arrived we had only waited maybe 5 minutes before we were brought inside and into a room. The vet we saw was great with our dog, let her get to know her before the exam started, even though I’m sure there were other patients to be seen. After some X-rays cleared us for any blockages, they gave her some meds and answered all of my questions about next steps. Our dog thankfully had her issues resolved quickly with meds, and she’s back to her normal self!

This is the worst place to take ur pet. They leave u and ur pet sit in a car for hours. They don't care about ur pet they only care about money. They said a dog was having seizure but stood in the parking lot for 20 minutes talking and laughing. Don't sound like it was that important. I would put no stars cause they don't deserve one.

This place is a joke and don't even deserve one star.
They let my mom and daughter sit in their truck for 3 hours with my dog and not see her. They flat out lied to my mom.
Took in dogs that showed up after my mom did and them dogs was not worse then mine.

We had a terrible experience with our 6 year old husky. She had no health issues prior- she did perfectly fine through surgery but got a call the next morning after she received a dose of Buprenorphine (an opioid/pain medicine) then she coded & they had to reverse the medicine because she went into cardiac arrest, we got there & after the medicine was reversed she started breathing again on her own. The vet had NO idea what she was doing, when we asked her questions she kept saying “honestly I don’t know” & she showed NO empathy or any sort of compassion towards us. She then injected her AGAIN with the same medicine that caused our dog to code & unfortunately we lost her. If you want your dog to live, I highly suggest the drive to Columbus if you’re able to or Fort Wayne where they have compassion for animals and an understanding of what they are doing.

My kitty, Pants, has had urinary issues through this week, and they have gone above and beyond working with me and my kitty through my anxiety and his pain. We struggled getting our card to work this last visit and we explained we were short on money because of the weeks events with him, and after trying to find a card that worked they completely took everything off of our bill….i started crying in the office they were so sweet and always help! Thank you!

Although we try our best to keep our 5 month pup from getting into things, she ate something she wasn’t supposed to and we had to take her in for an emergency visit due to vomiting and constipation. Everyone was so kind, thorough, and listened to all my concerns! She was there for most of the day but they kept me updated the whole time about her care and cost of her treatment. We were so worried but she’s home now and back to her normal self! Thank you to the whole team!

I took my 11yr old dog there tonight Dr McCullough and the staff were very good his diagnosis was point on before they ran any test cost was reasonable for emergency vet service was very pleased with treatment my dog received
