I recently dropped off two male cats to the Humane Society of Allen County and was greeted at the security door by a young employee. She was very polite and respectful, and assisted me in completing the necessary paperwork needed. I was very impressed and consider this to be a very positive experience.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I was there looking at cats. There are many many cats of different ages colors sizes so if you're looking to add a cat to the family come adopt one.

I volunteer here regularly and I can tell how hard the staff and volunteers work to care for these animals. They do their best to give these animals individual time and attention as well as proper clean living environments and medical care. If you're considering adopting, there are many lovely animals here in need of their own home!

My son asked to pet the cats for his birthday. Staff was very encouraging about this. We adopted our cat there five years ago. Definitely recommend.

Clean shelter with very nice staff+volunteers! They obviously are working hard and care for the animals. Definitely recommend if you want to adopt.

Criminal background check visit your house. Call you landlord. Wait 4 days and treat you real bad. I wonder why people don't adopt from them

Worst place ever!!!!!! There are animals that need adopting but the whole process is ridiculous. They allow personal views to get in the way of adoption...that's just wrong. Perhaps that's why so many animals are there. We need new people running this place.

We found a very injured cat and could never get them to answer the phone or call us back. We went out during their open hours and no one was there. What are people supposed to do if they come across an injured cat? I thought that their.”mission” was to shelter hurt animals and also adopt out homeless dogs and cats. We were very upset and disappointed !
