It's 4 pm and the telephone refill system stated my prescription would be ready at 2 pm. Not the first time unfortunately. Before you leave you should call them and ask if your script is ready. Rite Aid get your sh1t together.

Be careful on times you go there. They have decided to take their lunch breaks on times they decide and will not help customers until they have finished their own lunch. Sometimes it’s noon, 1, and 2. You never know. I understand their over worked and underpaid… but sheesh this is a pharmacy for a reason. I do not change my work hours to accommodate myself. Do better.

Ordered a prescription 3 times now over the past 2 1/2 weeks and they tell me I’ve waited to long and they put my order back so I order it for the last time yesterday and I was told it would be ready by 3:30 pm I show up and it still needs ordered. The lady was extremely rude. Do not recommend too much of a hassle.

If I could give less stars I would, they are super rude not willing to work with you at all. I had to pay for my perception even though I never had to the last few times and when I tried to figure out why they where rude and said call you insurance. After I called walgreens and they told me my insurance pays for not only one but all three that I needed and they would get it ready for me. Not to mention when I was trying to figure stuff out they where talking bad about me to eachother withing in hearing distance.

I received my Tdap vaccination from Mikenzie yesterday. It didn’t even hurt. She was wonderful, informative, comforting and assuring. I will be switching to Rite Aid from now on thanks to Mikenzie.

I received terrible customer service at the pharmacy in Bellefontaine and will never return to that store. I even called after the experience to get my questions answered only to be treated terrible by a second person. Unbelievable.

while the ladies were accommodating and pleasant. the male pharmacist was the rudest person I've dealt with in a long time... not only in person needs to work on the customer skills on phone also. My family will never shop at this rite aid again. Sorry. I sent my rx to this store

Dropped off a prescription, we were told the prescription will be ready in 1 hour. A little over an hour passes and we go to pick up our prescription. We then get told they do not have this medication and it won't be here until the following day after 3 p.m. . A phone call would have been nice!!! Thank you for making me load up a sick baby that just wanted to sleep. This isn't the first time this has happened with my prescriptions but when you mess with my children, we have issues. This time was the last straw and we will be finding a new Pharmacy. Not that the rude staff cares.
