We had a gas leak in our residence. We called another company, but they could not do the pressure test required to find the leak. I called QMS in the morning, and we had a tech out the same morning. They replaced the main line in the crawl. It still failed the pressure test coming from the gas company. They came out the next day and got it repaired. They have a new customer from this guy, and I will give them a call about anything else in the future!

Had our Condenser quit working. They sent out a Tech in a timely manner, discovered the issue and repaired immediately. Fair and honest pricing, Will use again in the future.

Our AC went out late Thurs afternoon. Started calling Heating & Cooling companies at 7:30am, the next morning. Called my usual go to company knowing with this weather we've been having was going to be next to impossible to get someone one out before Monday or Tuesday. I tried my backup as well. The best they could do was sometime Monday and the other before noon Monday. I called QMS at 10am Friday, said would put me on the board and work us in to see what was wrong. By 1:18pm, Jared was calling to say he was on the way. By 2:15pm Jared had been here fixed the bad capacitor, even had a filter that fit our odd sized unit, changed that, was checking to make sure everything was working as supposed to, settled billing and was gone on to next job. Didn't rush our job, was very polite, knowledgeable, professional and worked in an efficient manor. The bill was very reasonable. I called QMS because my father had used them in years past and was satisfied. So glad I remembered and called. Didn't expect to get fixed that fast and efficiently, but very grateful. Would highly recommend QMS, as busy as they are because of heat and AC's going on the fritz all over, they were friendly and helpful. Will use again. Thank you so very much QMS.

We called quality mechanics in regards to water coming into basement in a corner when upstairs shower was on. The guy that came looked and immediately said to call basement doctor and that it’s a foundation issues. Basement doctor came, did assessment and actually had us turn the water on ( which the plumber did not) and said it’s 100% plumbing and surprised the plumber never had us turn the water on. Basement dr said our foundation looked fine and no issues from their stand point. Taking our business else where.

QMS did a great job installing my 22kw whole house generator. We had a lot of specifications and Anthony made sure they were met. They also installed the generator where we wanted it, when another company said it couldn’t be done. Anthony and the crew were professional and friendly. The crew explained how the generator operated and made sure all questions were answered. Anthony also came back the next day to ensure everything was cleaned up and met our approval. I would do business with them again.

I have used quality mechanical for two furnaces, one for my daughters home and one for mine, new central air system, new trunk and venting, generic generator, lots of electrical and other things. They have been nothing but professional and courteous and always understood urgency and respect for my home and myself.
Just this week with Mike coming to my home for an emergency wiring to get me up and going safely
