“The ladies at the Nationwide Pediatrics lab at St. Rita’s are AMAZING! When your little ones has to have labs done it’s never ideal. On top of that, add on the struggle of having a little one who has language delays and has difficulty with understanding what’s happening. When I took my son originally on Tuesday they had attempted labs but were unable to get anything so they asked me to bring him back on Thursday. Being completely transparent, I wasn’t very happy, it went about as bad as it could’ve. However, they took it upon themselves to call in a nurse, who was on vacation, to come in Thursday JUST for my son. She didn’t have to do that. She could’ve said no, but she came in on her day off just to help my little guy. She was AMAZING! She got it right away and was so kind and professional the entire time. I’m VERY selective with who I take my son to due to some bad experiences we’ve had in the past with people who don’t specialize in pediatrics. The ladies at this particular lab have always went above and beyond to make it right and treat both of my boys with kindness. Such a gem to have one close to home! Highly recommend if you have a young one that ever needs lab work.”
