Was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello by two Kohl's associates, Danielle and Shana. Danielle was great with helping me find the item I was wanting to purchase. Shana was at the front-end/self-checkout and was most helpful with the process of getting cashed out. Great customer service and a great experience. Will definitely be back for my future needs.

I was at the self checkout and the Lady was very helpful at the Lima store wish I could remember her name … she is definitely the person for the job. Made sure I put my phone number in and got on my coupons. Kohls cash , and my points. Thank You Lady your were great ?

I ordered two holiday pet sweaters hoping that they would be great quality. I ordered from KOHLS because they did carry 2x. The quality was no better than Walmart and totaled over $60.00+. I did receive it timely but will not do this again. I have a Great love ❤️ for my Grand-furs as my daughter and her husband chose not to bring children in to this crazy world, and to rescue instead. Disappointment hurts
