He also gave me a catalog so it would be much easier for the guys to look up the part n write the order # down for me! So much easier ! He also told me about their online services! “I had my first experience at TSC tonight, I was greeted shortly after entering. She (I wish I would have asked her a name) asked if she could help me find anything, I told her I was looking for some clothes to wear to my daughters equestrian therapy session since I would be working in an unheated barn. She walked me over, helped me find the right size and was truly so helpful. She also was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and personable! She helped me find a few other things as well! Even shortly before the store was closing was outgoing and radiated joy. I will absolutely be back and hope she will be there to help me again!”

I had no clue.They had changed the name back to Crouse Lumber & then later someone told me that they were gone.I used to have my keys made there.Seems like we are running out of places that makes keys anymore.Thankfully, I had to go to Lowe’s.Also, Crouse had a lot of things to choose from for home, also.Thank you to the 3 sisters & their parents, & the husband who owned it!You will be missed.”

“The woman in flooring named Vicky is absolutely perfect and fabulous. She helped me more than anyone has ever helped me in that store. I have bought carpet baseboards boarder Kilz by the 5 gallon buckets and so much more.... As far as I am concerned she makes me want to come into Lowes and buy mu stuff. I use to be a Home Depot person. Not anymore.... I am a Lowes person because of Vicky..... Never have I seen such a hard working person that loves her job. Always pleasant and professional....
