Why does a customer have to provide restricted personal information to purchase a product ??? Honor private request s . Plenty of stores to buy product from at a much cheaper cost with no demand for a customers information.Also why does a person have to provide date of birth to pitchase toothpaste .You lost a customer !!Good lick doing business but you have lost me .

Pharmacy needs more help they need to focus on filling prescriptions than offering shots and vaccinations that should be left up to the Doctors. I walked out and will be moving my meds to another pharmacy.

Worst CVS pharmacy I’ve ever been to and they are usually really fast the same 6 people were in line for 30 minutes and 7 phone calls were on hold.

They need more staff for as busy as it is. But staff they have are good but need to be aware of customers upfront to prevent them from waiting or put up a sign to go to pharmacy which will make them wait longer.

Gave medication was wrong medicine and then blamed me like it was my fault when she didnt tell me what I was getting just handed me a bunch of bags. what if I took the wrong medicine? They have no care for your health.

To be fair when the staff are they they are very nice. My problem is I have been there twice in the last month and absolutely no staff are up front. The first time I was not in a hurry I finally found the guy that was supposed to be upfront in the back at the pharmacy checking people out. It made no sense they had two other employees back there the other girl was also checking people out. Why not keep someone up front so you don’t get robbed. The second time, today I stood upfront for 12 mins till I finally had to leave there were 3 people in line behind me no one ever came. A women who didn’t work there said they got him checking people out in the pharmacy (seriously again). The I left mad. Tried calling the store and no one answered the phone not the front or the pharmacy. This is the worst cvs has got to offer. Go to the other side of town where they have workers.
