“Staff if friendly and polite. They get to know their customers. Very helpful if an unexpected charge occurs to the account. Although the one dilemma and I to have with Gitst Federal is their website for online banking. Don't get me wrong their mobile app is nice and informative, but when you go to their website to balance your checkbook not to par. They did an upgrade to their banking pages I believe they've gotten difficult to maneuver through. Before you could see your pending charges of each merchant/autopay etc. Since the changes you have to follow a 3-step process to see which charge is pending. Bottom line: their upgrade is worse than it was. Didn't need upgrading.”

“I recently had a problem where my check was being held. After several times calling the customer service number and getting disconnected, no one was able to get the situation fixed. I went into this chase and spoke with Cassie and another wonderful lady up front regarding the issue. Cassie was so helpful and sweet, she explained everything to me and even called the customer service line and got it fixed for me!! She could've given me a phone number and sent me on my way. I really felt she went out of her way to help me and even with the frustrating situation with my check, I still give this chase 5+ stars just because of her kindness. Thanks again Cassie!!”

You can't access the ATM from the main lot and it's entirely a different street/alley getting back there.Maybe easier in a smaller vehicle but with a full sized pickup I have to fold in my mirrors.I usually go inside anyway . The ladies inside are charming witty and always smiling.”
