I wanted to give a big shout out to the 3 workers at Zales liberty center! I have a ring that was purchased online and it lost the center stone. I went in today to do a return repurchase after talking to customer service on the phone. The 2 ladies Dew and Madison ( I apologize if I spelled Dew wrong and if Madison is wrong!) did everything they could to make us comfortable during the long wait. They were super nice and I am happy with the turn out! The assistant manager even talked to us to see what happened and he was super nice as well! Thank you so much for all the help and patience!!

Editing my post. Originally gave a one star after my horrible experience. However, after going to customer service we were able to get the district manager involved and she was able to remedy my issue. With that being said, I would feel bad leaving a one star as I so appreciate her help and kindness.
However, this specific store was not documenting my cleanings and inspections correctly. And when I first had an issue with my ring their management was not willing to help me out at all, the service was disappointing at best. My advice would be to not trust this store to document your inspections. When they nicely suggest keeping your receipts or emails, it's for a reason. Also, fun tip, Kay's and zales are partnered! So if you do need service you can go to a Kay's as well. And they by far exceeded my expectations!

We had a wonderful, very easy experience purchasing our wedding wings as an LGBTQ couple at this location.Trish was the very experienced sales associate who helped us, and her expertise kept our experience hassle-free, with great prices and a very quick purchase.
