This place is great. Very professional and polite. Daniel was very knowledgeable and even stayed open an extra 20 minutes after closing to get my screen fixed on my cell phone.I would highly recommend this store.

Super helpful staff, but they should really make it a little clearer that they're not just a battery/lighting store. The guy who repaired my phone said I didn't need to pay for anything, but I asked him to take a tip anyway. I don't know how much they get paid, but I don't believe they should labor for free, even on small stuff.

I didn't ending up needing a charging port replaced but the service was impeccable. Steve at the front was very kind and gave me some advice for drying my phone out. If I ever need more phone service, I would happily come back here.

Ahmed is very professional and kind. I thought I needed to replace the charging port of my old I-Phone 6, but he cleaned it for free. Now I can charge it. I highly recommend this store to everybody.

Sam did a great job with helping us repair my Sons iPhone screen. Repair was done on time and a lot less than what I would have been charged at Apple. I would reccomend Batteries plus and plan to use them in the future.

Stevecwas very professional and upfront of the risk of changing my battery in my phone. I was quoted the wrong price on the phone and he even tried to compensate for that by giving me the $10.00 discount when making an appt online.
