My experience with Rite rug was flawless. Fair pricing, effortless scheduling and prompt service. They did a great job and took all the old carpet away with them with very minimal signs of mess from removal.

James Pilgrim is a great sales rep. The installation crew was great. Hard working men, installed carpeting on stairs all the way up entire 2nd flooring. Very pleased with the process. I was happy to tipped the installers!

James Pilgrim was very helpful and efficient. He and his colleague, who assisted me when he was off for the day, helped me find the premium carpet for a fantastic sale price. He was quick to price (even on his day off). The installer was there early and laid the carpet with quality and quickness. He even cleaned up well and was very polite.Would highly recommend.

No problem (so far) with carpet installation...but only a week has passed...disappointing in that cleanup after job was virtually non existent... I'd rate 3.5 - but that choice not available.
