“I love love love this place! The battery on my zero turn was acting up. I just could not deal with the fact that maybe I could try to jump it or recharge it. I just could not care--I wanted to get the lawn mowed!! So.....unfortunately...I let emotions rule (like the political party members with whom I usually disagree--hahaha) I just could not take looking at the long grass anymore...even though we just had snow 2 days ago!!??!!! Anyway.......this place is great...my old battery had like 225 or some cold cranking amps....the new one I got here has like 300 and was like 50 bucks. That 50 bucks was well worth minimizing my stress level. It's working BEAUTIFULLY in the mower and the mower starts right up--runs like a champ ? ??? I am very happy--staff members are always nice and helpful...well worth the 50 bucks to keep me from pulling out my hair! ?”

“I walked in today with the need of a very special adapter for a vacuum pump. The two dudes jumped up at the idea and spent a good 20 minutes+ trying to find the right one. Ultimately, they were unsuccessful but the amount of dedication is unmatched pretty much anywhere else I've been. The folks here really care which is a diminishing trend it seems. I will make a point to stop in more. Thanks!”

“I just want to take a moment and say THANK YOU to Blair and Richard! My husband sent me to get some kind of screw I had never heard of before in my life. Blair picked up on the fact that I was lost and was so kind and understanding to my plight. Richard also asked all kinds of excellent questions to try to get to the bottom of the issue as well (although I didn’t have many great answers which was not at all his fault.). Both of them were extremely helpful and even though I wasn’t able to find the screw I needed, I will absolutely be returning to this Home Depot in particular due to the kindness shown to me by these two associates. “So I'm not very "DIY" but I went here to see if I could come up with a new arrangement for my kitchen and turn my graded utility shelf into a kitchen appliances shelf. I walked in and was greeted by Nick and Shana. I explained I was not very good at DIY but what I needed. Nick was very patient and worked with me on trying to find a solution. Then I went back home to get one of the shelfs so we could compare properly. Upon return Shana also suggested some plastic liner that I would need to cut.. bottom line I took it and I did use it on 1 shelf. They were extremely helpful and professional.
